Inside Sales Representative

What you will do...

Inside Sales Reps are the first point of contact for our customers when making rentals. ISRs work directly with customers to identify needs, when and where, pickup or delivery, collect deposits and payments, schedule rentals, call off rent requests, and complete contracts. ISRs will assist with making the showroom presentable and clean, restrooms clean, as well as assisting other staff in the yard and the shop. ISRs keep things current and up to date on the computer, and emails. Calling customers when equipment is past due, working with yard and drivers coordinating. Duties:

Friendly, professionally, efficiently, help customers, and ensure correct and best equipment used for best rental experience
Works heavily on the phone and responding to emails with customers to generate rentals and assist them in other business needs
Rental Traffic Control for the business, you operate operations like Air Traffic Control; planning ahead. We treat advance reservations like GOLD. We ensure to best of are ability the equipment is ready to go and roll, no waiting around for customers.
Follow standard operating procedures, correct customer information, updating computer records with accuracy
Responsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with all rental coordination efforts
Supporting our customers by opening and closing rental contracts
Coordination and dispatching of drivers for deliveries and pick-ups
First line of support for excellent customer service
Understand and inquire with customers about their projects to meet their needs
Support staff in the showroom and in the yard as needed

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on:

Impeccable customer service
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and other business software
Point of Rental software
Ability to juggle competing priorities with strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service minded, strong administrative, people oriented professional

Requirements:

Qualified Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a construction or equipment-related environment preferred but not necessary, we offer training
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Full-time Position:

4/10 work schedule, rotating week days (6:45am to 5pm) with rotating Saturdays 7:45am to 2pm. Some overtime may be required including earlier start and end times due to the dynamic nature of equipment rental industry.

Salary Range: $22.00 To $35.00 Hourly, $46K to $73k Annually

This package includes:

Medical, dental, vision, SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% of the employee's compensation, 1 week paid vacation after 1 year anniversary, 2 weeks after 3 year anniversary, (6) paid holidays.
